PicoNG Viewer

PicoNG is a viewer of icon and png files.
Goal of the project was to create a small and fast viewer that can correctly display icon and png files (specially with alpha-blending colors).

You won't find any tricky options at this time, just a simple and fast viewer =)

This project was implemented using .Net framework from microsoft so check if it is correctly installed on your computer.
